Default How to RMA Asus Products?

I have an Asus motherboard that failed and decided to rma the thing. Well, I went to the Asus website and searched and searched and couldn't find anywhere on the site to request an rma. I'm guessing they don't want users to rma their products else it wouldn't be so hard to find. Anyways, I need help finding out how to rma my motherboard. If nobody else can find out how, I guess I'll have to call them Monday because that's the only helpful info I could find on the site.

Default Re: How to RMA Asus Products?

There are two ways to reach them for RMA. By phone and by email. The email adress is rma@asus.com. Or you can give them a call. I reccomend calling them because it can take 2-3 days for a response to get you rma started, whereas by phone they can do it right away.

I second the calling option. You will likely get a better and faster service this way.

If there is a final hour, let's hope for a higher power. One by one, and two by two, I have ammo, what about you?
