Default The HardwareLogic Support Experience Forum

The HardwareLogic Support Experience Forum is our effort to get real world experiences from our members about any and every company you deal with. Please make sure to post the good with the bad, and when sharing your experience, be fair and honest (Don't pour water on your processor and get mad when they decline your RMA).

I'd like to see you guys post notes, emails, etc....and use your threads as kind of a diary about your experience....from the original issue to the resolution.

Also, if you need help mediating a problem, or getting the ball rolling, let us know, we have great contacts with most companies and can hopefully help you get a satisfactory resolution.

Does this include more than just hardware companies? Like online companies...NewEgg, Tigerdirect, etc?

Any and all tech support.....

I'd like to see individual threads for different experiences though....that way people aren't searching through 20 pages of posts and smart assed comments.

For new events, I'd like to see detailed logs like the one RAID made.
