Default Gigabyte 965P DS3 rev3.3

ok my system broke a couple months back wont post, i corresponded with the rep in gigabyte send in for RMA, showed them the burnt mark with all the pix and detailed view of that burnt mark in RAM slot #1. in 2 weeks i got it back, with a little note on how to properly install a Video Card WTF where they thinking i'm not that dumb, they say the Mobo was working properly.

Tested it again it posted the same mobo and still have the same burnt mark in RAM Slot, when i used the slot it give me error, so i dont bother using it nomore. as due to accident it tripped the CPU in showing high temp after the incident basically its the ff:
C- thumbs down for their Technician for doing ah err idk what they did the RAM slot still dont work,
B+ for politeness and promptness of answering email,
C- Shipping and Process for taking 5-6 weeks with nothing done....

Overall RMA exp is [C-]
[A+ = being highest and C- = being lowest score]

now still use the Mobo planning to replace it with either DFI Blood Iron / Asus P5N32 / EVGA 7XX boards either one of the three i havent decided because i'm deciding whether to buy a Mobo or the TJ10 case...

forgot to mention: during this time Rich is so generous enough to give me a ECS 680i board which unfortunately suffered broken CPU Socket pins during S&H from his house to my place. it posted though but lasted only 3-5 months i cant remember....
