Default Antec Support

Problem: The top clips on the side panel for my P180 broke off

I first sent a support ticket, I got a reply a day later, the rep basically asked for proof of purchase invoice. He was not very clear in his instructions, like a screen shot, saved html page, etc..I sent a picture of the invoice to his e-mail, but I then noticed that for whatever reason he had closed my support ticket!

I then sent in another ticket, a different rep this time, helped me get on my way, and got the new panel shipped out.

Over all not bad, the closing was a bit of annoyance, but it could have been a mistake.

I should note that the replacement panel had two extra clips on it, and the rep told me to break them off, and now the rest of the clips have broken off again!

Problem: My Brother accidentally broke the Front Bezel Lock of Sonata II

i contacted Antec via their webmail and correspond there in less than 2 weeks i get the whole front panel not just a front bezel door replacement but the whole front part of the Sonata II... all he ask me is to copy and paste the Invoice of Newegg where i bought it, he read through it then he approved that replacement... Very polite Rep and the very fast replacement considering its the holiday week...

Antec support is excellent. I've dealt with them on a personal level a couple times and had good experiences.

Antec replaced my front panel (broken door) twice without any proof of purchase. Antec is a top notch company in my opinion.

Out of the numerous Antec cases and power supplies I have owned through the years, never had a single problem, broken piece or issue with any of the cases.

Thanks HL and Corsair!

I don't know man, I was pretty over all satisfied with the whole procedure, apart from the small hiccup in the beginning, but even RangerXLT said that the clips on his panel broke as well :-/

Damn skippy they need to make those clips steel. Overall Antec support is good, I've gotten replacement parts for a P180(front bezel and side panel), and returned a Neo HE 430 that died in my dads computer. The new HE 430 is holding up good and it is powering an OCed 3.2GHz Prescott, 9800Pro and 1HDD\DVDRW.

It's soon to have a Raptor in it because my dad is complaining about boot time.
