Moved to the right area.

Depends on what your video card and wallet can handle.

A lot of folks swear by the Dell LCD's.

I have heard good things about Dell monitors and LCDs for a long time. I myself still have a nice 17" CRT that says Manufacture Date 1998
No color fade or other problems, displays 1280x1024 nicely

Thanks HL and Corsair!

Dell Monitors are very good. I have the Dell 2005FPW, I love it. It's been replaced by the 2007FPW

Ditto on Dell, I have a couple of the 2005FPWs, and couldn't be happier.

Who is the original OEM for the Dell LCD monitors anyway?
Does anybody know???

Samsung?
LG?
Dell?
????

I would buy Viewsonic if I had to get a monitor. Don't really want to deal with Hell...err...Dell.
