Default MX Revolution mouse - worth buying??

Is this mouse worth buying?? I do Autocad drawings for a living and wondered if this mouse is worth my cash.

You can read HardwareLogic's review of the Logitech VX Revolution, they are somewhat similar.

I've used AutoCAD and I don't see a need for some insanely technologically advanced or expensive mouse as most things you do on CAD don't require extremely precise tracking of the mouse because you can just use the snap or ortho features. I say just buy a decent coorded optical or laser mouse (like any of these) and you will be fine.

if you want something cheaper, theres the G5 which is cheaper and has a higher resolution, but its wired and more geared towards gamer.

Let us know what you think of it. I'd be hard pressed to spend that much money on a mouse regardless of the technology.
