Default Microsoft releases "futuristic" mouse

Microsoft Announces Futuristic-Looking Arc Mouse | Maximum PC

DailyTech - Microsoft Announces Futuristic Mouse For Holiday Season

Quote:
Microsoft describes the new product stating:
Featuring a revolutionary new design shaped like a crescent moon, Arc folds closed to reduce in size by almost half, giving consumers the comfort of a full-sized mouse with the portability of a notebook mouse. Arc is all about the fashion edge, with a stylish micro transceiver that you can leave right in your computer and it’s available in two colors – red or black. It’s the perfect gift for the trendsetter on the list. MSRP: $59.95

I think it looks pretty cool... although I would prefer a wired version

Thanks HL and Corsair!

but my only concern is...where would I put my thumb?? I think it usually rests on the side and with little or no wall on the side I wonder if it'll reming in mid-air.
(comment from a maximum PC user)
That guy hit the nail on the head. It looks very poorly designed
