Do you like hard or soft surfaces?

Probably hard but looking for something a little smother than what I got.
But I am open to soft.
Looking for a gaming pad I guess!

Hm, I remember there being a review by Drew not too long ago on a mouse pad. Let me see if I can dig it up.

EDIT - I believe this was it:

Newegg.com - SteelPad QCK Heavy Mouse Pad - OEM

Drew loved it.

I use a Func mouse pad. Excellent mouse pad, its smooth on one side and rough on the other, and fits snuggly in its rubber mat. They tend to be a little on the expensive side. Another great mouse pad is the Everglide.

Tyreal seemed to like his Steelseries QcK+ Cloth Mousepad...

I have an X-Trac Zoom and it is so-so. It looks cool and is relatively inexpensive, but it doesn't feel very smooth and gets dirty fast.

Ulti-MAt Steel coated with TEflon.

As an indication of how good this mat sticks to surfaces: Leaving a lan pary, I placed the mouse pad on top of my truck, and forgot about it. I drove home, about 10 minutes drive, with the mouse pad on top of my truck, didn't move one bit..

Wow, I don't even use a mouse pad anymore, though my bro still uses our classic pad from 1995.

I'm a real big fan of the FUNC pads. I have the 1030 surface and it allows me to own Captain Crunch in CS:S....not that thats anything really brag worthy....

I have a 8-1/2 X 11 sheet from Wal-Marts craft section that has a sticky backing that peels off so it doesn't move. Cost 48 cents. It allows me to shoot Capper in CS:S just fine.
