That's a fairly decent monitor actually, especially being a 20" for only $280!
It has good brightntess, fairly average contrast ratio, good response time, but the viewing angles are terrible and it doesn't have DVI. Personally, I think the viewing angle thing would piss me off the most about having a big monitor like that. I have a crappy 15" LCD and it has poor viewing angles like that and I can tell a difference in the way the picture looks by just sitting up a little higher in my chair :?

Overall, I think it's a good monitor, but just because it is very inexpensive. Otherwise, you might want to keep looking. There are a lot of great 20.1" LCD's in the mid $300 range with DVI.

EDIT: I really like the Samsumg 204B

Like Blake said I think the viewing angle is somewhat too poor. You know if you want to show something to someone they'll have to sit on your lap... =/

Definitely get a DVI screen, don't be stupid like me to save a few pennies. I bought a Hyundai B90A when the L90D was a few dollars more expensive thinking "bah I don't care" but now that I do care it's too late.

If there is a final hour, let's hope for a higher power. One by one, and two by two, I have ammo, what about you?

Yeah man, the BenQ with DVI that captain crunch is getting is a pretty nice deal. Good specs, good reviews, good price.

Yeah man, that BenQ looks nice too. But the sitting in lap thing could come in handy...

i think i'll end up getting the BenQ, I didn't even see it until Cap'n put it up. But I wont be getting it for another month at least, until I'm in Minnesota.

Thanks though! This place has been great, dealing with my stupid questions.
