Default How do you upload music videos to an iPod?
How do I upload my music videos to the iPod (not bought from iTunes)? If I change the type to movie or TV show, it'll work, but I don't want that.

Anyone know?

I wasn't aware that if music videos were not purchased from iTunes, then you couldn't upload them to your iPod unless, as you mentioned, you changed the type of file format in order to do it. Can anyone confirm this?

Yeah, I figured it out. I have to first convert them all to MP4. :)

To convert to MP4? I use Nero Recode 2. Works like a charm, but I think it takes longer than it really should.

I used iTunes to upload to the iPod.

hmm... yea I dunno how long it takes to convert stuff....

All I know is I set it to convert 6 or 7 full length movies to mp4..


speaking of which, how do I rip movies from a DVD?
I have like 7 DVD's that I want em on my iPod

Yeah, I'm gonna do that now for all the ones I already have in MPEG (converting takes too long). It's quick, free, and already in MP4.
