Default a cheap but good sound card?

i'm looking for a bang for the buck card as a birthday gift. ITs to my cuzin so it doesn't have to be cheap but not something expensive.



E2140 @ 375 x 8 = 3.0ghz

I'm actually thinking of getting this card. I just need it to have front panel audio. My integrated audio for some reason can't use MIC and with this soundblaster value card whenever i am receiving voice from someone else over a game I get this annoying buzzing sound afterwards.

The Chaintech AV-710 has great reviews and everything I've read about it has been positive; and at that price it's pretty hard to beat! :thup:
Maybe you can find it in Canada somewhere...

I read some where you can mod more capaciters on that chaintec card to improve sound quality
