Default Anyone have any experience with this?

3D Glasses

Product on Newegg.com

Wondering if anyone even knows of this company. I used to have some 3d glasses on my GeForce 3 Ti-500 AGP video card, and it was awesome. Lots of fun was had with those... I thought those days were long gone. But what of these?

when i was a kid i remember finding a pair in a cereal box. they did not fit my head very well and i didn't like the way they sat on my ears. my older sister would throw objects at me to see it would be scarier with the glasses on. it wasn't. but when she threw that butter knife at my head, that was a little scary.

=ppp HA! These aren't quite like that, though... I always hated those damn blue/red paper ones >= (... And they only worked on the special paper: You always had one of the two, never both

MaximumPC reviewed a eDimensional about two years ago I think. They didn't score it favorably, IIRC. IMHO, 3D gaming is far from perfect and will never be perfected. The problem is that overall consumer interest in this field is fairly low now and one really has to wonder how far down the line a company will support the product with respect to future game compatibility.

I've never seen anything like that before. But I did get to see a 3D monitor at the 2007 CES show that did not require any glasses or anything, that was pretty interesting...

I'm only familiar with the ones they used to give out at movie theaters.

On the other hand, I still would like to try a pair of those "x-ray vision" glasses they used to advertise in the back of comic books... "See right through women's clothes!"

(Even at the the age of ten I was a dirty old man. )
