Default Vista Ultimate Language Pack

Greetings, Yesterday i accidentally installed the 25 windows update language pack and i regret it. I wasn't paying attention and i accidentally click install all. Now my hard drive is full, the files added like 9 GB to the hard drive. My question is, how do I remove the useless files. Im pretty sure i am not going to be using the language arabic, etc..

Thank you! I done this procedure before, but the languages didn't show because i didn't restart my computer for the languages to take effect. Now going back to this i see all the languages. Thanks again, without you i would have not gone back to this procedure.
