Default Vista Question

I have ran the upgrade advisor on my current rig and it tells me that vista basic is the best for me but I would rather have premium or ultimate is my current rig (see sig) capable of running either?



First Build
CPU: AMD 64 x2 5000+
Board: Asus M2A-VM
Memory: 2 GB G. SKill DDR2 800
Video Card: Asus X1550
HDD: Western Digital Caviar SE 160GB & Western Digital Caviar 80GB
Case: Apevia X-Dreamer II
Power Supply: 420W PSU
Cooling: 4 80mm case fans 1 120mm case fan Operating System: Windows XP Home Edition

your system should be able to run a higher version of vista. the only weaknesses i see in your system is the video card and the power supply.

Then again, the computer in his sig can run Vista Premium without a problem.

Yep, I ran Vista Premium just fine on something even less powerful so you're all set. Stay away from Ultimate, it's a waste of cash.
