Default Vista Beta 2 Experience

So I downloaded Vista Beta 2 last night. The new installer was nice and surprisingly quick. I liked a few things about vista (the eye candy for instace) but overall I was unimpressed. I ended up uninstalling it 20 minutes later when it crashed....

I wasn't real impressed either, which reinforces my decision to stay with XP for the time being.

yeah, been playing with it all week....Its the AOL of OS's....good looking and perfect for the beginner who wants everything managed for them.
For people who want more control and the ability to tinker it is horribly bloated and a resource hog

So Windows Vista is just like Windows XP with even more visual crap people are gonna disable.
That's what I said when the first builds got out, and people told me to shutup. Now that it's beta, everyone can see it. :P

If there is a final hour, let's hope for a higher power. One by one, and two by two, I have ammo, what about you?

Hmmmmm lots of negative views on the Vista Beta 2. I am having second thoughts of installing it.
