| when mixing tracks, i just need to know how to isolate channels and separate them from speakers and headphones. e.g. channel A is playing out loud right now, but BEFORE starting channel B, i wanna hear it in my earphones ASIDE from channel A, WHILE Channel A is still playing out loud. this is obviously standard in the DJing world, just wondering how it's done in this program. i cant figure it out for the life of me. all help is greatly appreciated! thank you! | The only equipment you need for preparing a live mix or compiling a mix CD at home or on the road is TRAKTOR 3, a laptop and headphones, since TRAKTOR offers four virtual playback decks and an integrated emulation of the renowned Allen&Heath Xone:92™ DJ mixer with a pre-listening section. Run the master output to the left soundcard out and the monitor output to the right and you’re ready to mix. Keep in mind however that with this setup you can only listen in mono. --- i found this, but still don't seem to understand what it means. |
