Default Protect your folders with MS Private Folder 1.0

It's news to me. I just happened to notice this while I was downloading IE7B3 for review. I haven't used it yet, but it looks cool. There are several other programs there I haven't seen before, either.

Where is M$ Private folder? I did a CTRL+F in Firefox for "Private" and found nothing related to this program. :?
