Looks just like a fancy filmstrip type viewing feature. I didn't watch the video with sound (at work), but I think I got the gist of it. It looks cool, but doesn't really seem to bring anything new to the table.

agreed but I did use if for google images and it was nice didnt have to click next page 5000 times!

There should be a button on the toolbar in your browser, click that to open it up, and there'll be a search bar on that page, that will let you search youtube. It doesnt work unless you do the search from inside piclens, sadly.
