| Im trying to install a IDE PCI card to add som IDE connections since my mobo only has one IDE slot onboard. The problem is the drivers that came with the card are incompatibale win xp for some reasons and lock my system up. Any one know where i can get a good xp approved driver for this kind of card? Thanks in advance for any help. ![]() "Show them no mercy for they shall show you none" Core 2 Duo E6600 2.4Ghz Ati x1900GT Gigabyte GA-965P-DQ6 3 gigs Crucial Ballistix PC 6400 ddr2 2 HDD 400 total gigs Klipsch 7.1 Pro Media speakers 22" HP w2207h |

| HL's Technomancer | Depends on the company that makes it, find the manufacturer and go to their website and look for the drivers. You'll probably need the model number of the specific card your using. If that doesn't work, you can try going into the device manager and seeing if XP can get some default drivers for you, but its better to have the ones from the manufacturer. |
