Office 2007 Application Font Size!

as most of you probably know by now, the new Office 2007 uses a new GUI and they're calling it the Ribbon.

I've been trying for quite a while and can't yet figure out how to do an otherwise simple task of just making the font of the whole application bigger. This was easily done in all other Microsoft appz but I can't find it in the new 2007 suite.

It may be right in front of me, or it may be hidden, but a little guidance would help

hmm, I don't really understand, lol. The font size is right there to the right of font. here's a screenshot:

look to the right of the font "Calibri"

Nonono.

Not the font size of the document lol. The font that's on the RIBBON - like see where it actually SAYS "Calibri" as your selected font - that could be bigger. I mean everything in the RIBBON itself becoming bigger!
