|  Multiple Sys Icons This is my dilemma, my control panel is showing 5 system icons!  I think it might be from messing around with ResHack and the System properties dialog. I restored the original file, so I don't know why it would cause problems. | Re: Multiple Sys Icons No need to edit the registry! I had multiple backup copies of the file "sysdm.cpl" in the system32 folder, _sysdm.cpl, 1sysdm.cpl, temp_sysdm.cpl.
