Default How to remove Photoshop CS3

I did a system recovery and almost all my softwares were lefr intact except for a few that I had to re-install the thing is with PS3 I can't seem to get anywhere. I've uninstalled clean the reg and re-istall it again and I get the same error over and over.

Licensing for this product has stopped working- you cannot usue this product at this time. You must repair the problem by uninstalling and then reinstalling this product.

When I reinstall I get this

SUMMARY
Installed
Shared Components

Errors
X Adobe Photoshop CS3
X Shared Components

I'm at my 3rd time it seems like I am going in a circle. What can I do??

Intel Q6600
Corsaire 2x1gb XMS2
GIGABYTE 965P-DQ6
BFG GeForce 8800 GTS OC 320

From Adobe's website:
Quote:
Solution 1: Set the FLEXnet Licensing Service to Manual and Start the service. (Windows only)
  1. Choose Start > Control Panel, or Start > Settings > Control Panel.
  2. Open the Administrative Tools Control Panel.
  3. Double click "Services".
  4. Scroll down to the FLEXnet Licensing Service on the list of services and double-click the service to open its properties.
  5. Right click one the name FLEXnet Licensing Service and choose Properties
  6. Change the Startup type to Manual
  7. Click Apply
  8. Click the Start button to start the service.
  9. Click Apply, then OK. Close Services, Administrative Tools, and the Control Panel.
  10. Relaunch your CS3 application.
there are other fixes on that page too. Just scroll down to see em all.

I tried them all except for the one you posted I don't have a FLEXnet Licensing Service in my list :( Why is it doing this anyways?

Vrey strange how come I cannot remove that software properly? it's worse then Synmantec products.

There may be something in Application Data. Try looking through there. Look through both "All Users" and your account.
