Great Job Josh. I have read interviews with Dr Stallman before in Linux, and Open Source Magazines, and your Interview was right on Par with those interviews, better actually. You have some talent there kid, go to College and do great things.

A very good interview indeed! That was one of the most interesting topics on free/open source software that I've read in some time. My political beliefs would be at odds with Dr. Stallman, but I don't have to like his politics to understand and appreciate his message.

Oh yeah, I don't 100% agree with his view either, but I do understand where he is coming from. You also have to understand he is looking at it from a programmers point of view, not an end user. If all software was free, all programmers would be flat broke. I think his view is more that all software be open source so all programmers can have access to its code. If I were a programmer, I might have a different view. I am of the opinion you get what you pay for. I think we need to have both free and non-free software personally.

You can get one at You Can Switch to Linux! - willsmith - Maximum PC but I'm hoping to write one sometime within the next couple weeks.
