| Colonel Calamity | looks liek they are pulling another WinMe stunt with Vista... just using it as a stop gap until their next OS. ![]() Thanks HL and Corsair! My opinions are my own and not representative of this site or its members. |

| Colonel Calamity | in my experience: Win95 sucked until the OSR2 Win98 sucked until SE WinME sucked its whole life Win2000 rocked after SP3 XP has always worked well for me but I did see some issues alot of other people had before SP1 MCE sucked if you tried to use any 3rd party software Vista has so far sucked its whole life which is why I suggested they are pulling a "WinME" situation, come out with a much better OS (we hope) and leave Vista by the wayside, dropping all support for it by Jan 2010. Remember that support for 98 and 2000 was extended after XP's release until around SP1. Yet WinME support was allowed to lapse in its normal timeframe which was very early into XP's release. I do hope they have a kickass OS with "7" and completely drop all Vista support by early 2010 (do we say by "10"?? or 010?) ![]() Thanks HL and Corsair!
