Default File Type Change

Ok, so I'm not entirely sure where this should go..
But I'm just curious if theres any way to change an MP3 File to a OGG file.

Reason for asking:
I found a game called Frets Of Fury(Guitar Hero for the computer practically).
And to put music on there the file needs to be in OGG form, so just curious if theres anyway to do so.

Here you go... MP3 OGG, Convert MP3 to OGG - MP3 to OGG Converter Software - MP3 to OGG Conversions

I never used it myself, but maybe you can try it out for us...

EAC (Exact Audio Copy) can do this as well but it does take a little work.

Thanks HL and Corsair!
