Default Easy way to find info about a video file?

I want to be able to find quick info about a video file. Things like, say, resolution, bitrate, etc. Mostly resolution, because I'm having trouble with that. I'm trying to find out what setting to use in Videora... haha. So I'm comparing the results from Videora to Nero Recode, but to that, I need to find the resolution of the Recode files...

I've tried right clicking it (I recall it told you in XP), looking in iTunes, etc. No luck.

Help?

EDIT: Found it in QT. NVM!

Yeah. Once you open the file, you go to Window and click Movie Info. It'll tell you stuff there.
