| Well after looking at just about every top brand mATX board, I decided that I would stick with ATX. The idea of a lanbox setup is sweet, but I don't like all the limitations that come with it. So what are your favorite cases? Why? Thanks! ![]() AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+@3.16Ghz 1.4v Gigabyte GA-M61P-S3 Crucial Ballistix DDR2-800 @904Mhz 5-5-5-15 2.2v XFX 7900GS@550Mhz core 870Mhz memory Corsair HX520 PSU X-Fi Xtreme Gamer sound card Cooler Master RC-690 Stock HSF Accelero S1+Turbo Module |

| Silverstone Temjin SST-TJ03. I've had it since 2002, and it's been my de facto enclosure since then. Sturdy, well built and filled with great features, you'd be hard pressed to find another case that does what the TJ-03 does so well. There's a reason why all the major boutiques like Voodoo and Falcon Northwest continue to use this case to this day, and why this case was part of MaximumPC's dream machine a few years ago. Besides; it just looks so frickin' classy. Last edited by garetjax; October 19th, 2007 at 04:35. |

| socket 939 junkie | i love my Lian Li G70WB. a very classy case with a window. the construction is solid and theres TONS of room to work within. theres just so many different possibilities with this case due to the dual psu mounts (top and bottom) only thing i wish it had was a couple of cable routing holes in the motherboard tray so i could hide my cables. im also impressed with the coolermaster cm 690. its a whole lot of case for the money. you can read the review by garetjax HERE Q6600 @ 3.6ghz (400x9 @ 1.408v) Gigabyte X38-DQ6 2x2GB G-Skill DDR2 1000 @ DDR2 1066 5-5-5-15 2T 2.1v Visiontek HD4870 Seagate 7200.11 500GB 32MB Cache HDD Razer Barracuda AC1 Silverstone DA750 Samsung Dual Layer DVD Burner Lian Li G70WB Thermochill PA120.3|Swiftech Storm Rev.2|Swiftech MCP 655 |

| Modder-ator | I just got myself a Lian Li PC-101B and I like it. Very solid construction, nice layout, and cheaper compared to some of the Silverstone cases. The only problem I have with it is that the side door kindof sticks and it's hard to get on and off sometimes. Other than that, it is definitely worth considering. comes in a silver color too... |

| Thanks for the quick replies guys, I appreciate it! Blake that's a sexy case you got there, did you get it at performance pc? Do you plan on modding it at all? | Antec Nine Hundred. It's not exactly low maintenance, with all the fans and no filters, but it performs very well, looks great (especially with those cold cathodes I put in), keeps all my parts nice and cool, etc. etc. The only con is that it needs to be cleaned at least once a month. | As Panda Man said....The Antec 900. I modified it by making a small frame and putting black cheese cloth over it and mounting it to the front and side fans. I've had it about 3 months with no dust in it. I'm waiting on the Antec twelve hundred to come out and then switching. More room, more fans, holes pre-made to hide the wires and it comes with filters.
