| Hello, I'm back... :D I pretty much want to try and find a good power supply, and than I came with this.. Thermaltake TR2 500W Power Supply (W0093RU) PFC, ATX 12V 2.0, PCI-Express, SATA, Low Noise 12cm Fan Do you think this is a good power supply for an Asus M2N-E Motherboard? Also, is water cooling really needed? or extra fans? Because my computer went slow when my fans died. By extra fans, I mean the ones near your I/O ports.. like these? | T-Rex | Extra fans are rarely a necessity, but without knowing your configuration it's hard to judge whether or not they are for you. ;) And yes, the PSU will power an Asus M2N-E without a hassle. Thing is, you might want to list what is going to be in that computer. (Video card, hard drives, etc etc) |

| T-Rex | A TR2 500W is more than needed to power up this computer. You should be able to power a bit less than my current computer with this power supply. Specs in signature. I say a bit less since i'm not exactly sure on the Radeon X1900XT power requirements in amps. I had an Antec SmartPower 2.0 500W with 17A on one 12V rail and 19A on the other 12V rail. The ThermalTake TR2 500W has 14A on the first 12V rail and 15A on the second 12V rail. |

| The reason why I want 500W is because it looks pretty cheap =P I was thinking of Thermaltake TR2 430W Power Supply, but I want to know is if it's good with an M2N-E motherboard. And... do you think 115W would do it for now? |

I don't know, what case do you have? Do you have fans already installed in there? | |
