Default Is it safe to cut the frame of a case?

some problems came arcross with my current case... my uv lights won't fit and i'm very dsisapointed...just wondering is it safe if i cut a sort of spporting frame of the case ( putting my lights vertically cuasing problems trying to close the side panel)

It's safe as long as you are still able to close the side panels and the case is structuraly stable.

So that's what i've been doing all these years! I always cut, hacked, smashed, blown up, burned, gouged, or ripped once or twice, and then measured later =\
