I think I would make sure I had put a front fan in the upper bay as well.

You should check the review done by Paul, it seems the P182 might have a hard time handling it...

As long as the bottom hard drive rail is removed, you're perfectly clear. More than adequate room.

I don't know how to put this, but, I'm kind of a big deal.

Yes, but at the expense of removing the upper chamber's drive cage. That means putting your hard drive in the bottom bay's cage, and without the aid of an intake fan (you can physically mod the case to put a fan at the bottom as an intake, or purchase a slim fan). In addition, depending on your motherboard's PCI-E slot orientation, you could end up blocking one, or both, of the cable routing portals. The following pic shows my pair of 8800GTS cards (which are shorter than the GTX units) blocking the bigger of the two holes:

Aside from the physical demands of running a pair of 8800GTX videocards, there's the cooling prowess to consider too. Two GTX cards will put out a good bit of heat, and the P182's strength lies with noise management rather than thermal control. For a high end setup such as you're considering, it's a tough case to recommend.
