Default Coolermaster Superclean Filtration

I had this case apart today and I have to say I was amazed at how clean everything was inside.I removed the front cover easily, and with compressed air, reverse blew out the filter element, and enough dust to choke a vaccum cleaner was removed.I was dumbfounded as to how clean the inside was.Upon very close inspection found only a minute amount of very fine dust on the GPU behind it's own cooling fan.Newegg.com - COOLER MASTER Centurion 5 CAC-T05-WW Black/Silver Aluminum Bezel, SECC Chassis ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Retail
Whenever I had gone in to clean any of the HP/Compaq cases I owned,it took painstaking hours to maticulously clean them.
In all,I would have to give this case no less than an A- .....an A++ would have been easy if Coolermaster would have put more into the power button, that seems so flimsy/brittle/weak that every time you touch ,you think it may brake. This case is excellent for the beginner or expirienced.Definately a hands down bang for the buck case.

*maybe Coolermaster will read this and send me a hat. :>)

I love this case, which is why I suggest it for an excellent budget build. It looks nice, has great features like the mesh front panel with filters, and overall decent build quality. The power button like you side feels a little wobbly, but over a year of use and abuse and it's fine so don't worry about it falling off.
A tip for ya, after a few months of heavy use even with cleaning them with compressed air the filters get choked in dust. Take a butter knife, and lift the little tabs holding the filters in to slide them out, and wash them out in the sink to remove nearly all the dust. Let dry, slide them back into place and pinch the tabs back down again and it'll be as clean as the day you bought it.

Oldman_Gamer ... you only had it running for a month ... hehe ... but your right ... the "whole front" filter is nice. My sons PC is built on that case and it keeps it pretty clean.

I got 3 filtered intakes in mine ... and they do work nice ... it is a Rosewill.

I would love to see a design that has the entire side as one replaceable 2 micron air filter and an airtight case that has the other side pulling air through ... then my pc could be used to keep the dust down in my office!

Kind-of an air-filter heater. ... oh and a PC for trading in the Markets.

It only takes a month to test a filter in my house.Hardwood floors,a cat,a dog, wood burner, fire wood, etc....and with the air flow this thing has,It didnt take but a month to see stuff collecting on the outside near the intake. My house isnt scummy, but im not a neat freak either;I live in my house.I dont take my shoes off at the door unless they are covered in mud, obviously. But this case proved itself well IMHO,what I blew out of the filter could have been inside.
We have air filtration down stairs and that gets a workout too

Your armor is all crapped up inside?
I pop the front panels off every other month and blow them out, and they always have crap caked up on the front, but the inside of the case has been blown out once since i built it, may 6th 2006. As i look inside of it now....it looks clean.....I actually popped out my 7900gt 3 nights ago and blew out the VF100, the build-up wasn't bad at all.

It's not nearly as bad as OEM cases and whatnot, but dust does accumulate on my fans and heatsinks more quickly than I'd like.
