Ok so i just got contacted by some person who claims to be from the steam support team, anyone else know of this?

he claims that i am in some violation of IP addresses or something, i go to college and LAN parties and bring my computer everywhere pretty much.

this a hoax?

Steam will never EVER contact you. Either A. Report them to steam , or B. Prank them by telling them that you REALLY DO work for steam, and to hand over their steam ID and password and screw them over until they beg for mercy

oh well, my computer was on the fritz so here is the tail end of my convo with Account Verify #94. It seemed a bit to relaxed to be an actual STEAM person, just was checking, that and when he could tell me where in the user agreement i was at fault.
