Have you tried Dogs of the Sea? I played around with that for awhile, fully 3D and interactive. Gets a little boring after a while though, but I heard they revamped it back in August. There's also Seaskulls, made by the same people who did Ogame. Used to run the top ranked alliance there last year, good times.
