Maybe old news, but I was just through Mal-wart, and saw Sierra has put out a new orrewritten LS Larry game.

Hey Paul, have you seen it?

Erm, can't quite recall the title now, but he's in college for a BA in T&A.

lol, yeah! It's called Magna Cum Laude. Unfortunatley, Vivendi Universal screwed over the original Leisure Suit Larry creator Al Lowe by initial soliciting him to help design the game, which he was very eager to do, and then never bringing him on board. You can read about the chain of events on Al Lowe's website (LINK).

Nevertheless, I still ended up snagging the game, just recently in fact. When I was in California on vacation last week, I stopped by the local CompUSA store that was going out of business and picked it up on clearance, so when I have a free moment, I'll get it installed and check it out.

A CompUSA going out of business? No way, I can't belive it. Their prices are so good. :) I miss Computer City, the company that CompUSA bought out.
