Default How to track FPS in games?

What kind of program do I run to see how many FPS I am getting?
But run it while I play my game?

Yar, FRAPS is the de facto utility to use when trying to determine your FPS you are getting in a game. Although, depending on the game you're playing, some games have FPS software built into the game itself.

On an unrelated note, I see you're from Fremont. I grew up in Hayward myself, which is like a 30-45 minute drive away I beleive.

I've used it a couple different times. Works well for recording videos too, but be careful too choose the right compression and detail level because they can get very big very fast at high resolutions!
