i'm thinking since i have 2 headset already and i'm reluctant to buy another one... which will be better?

buy a new better gaming headset? [not happy broke 1 logitech, and another one not very clear with mic]

or buy a good Audio Card?

whether one of the two, i need some input if you may....

If you are going to get a new headset for gaming I would look at the stuff from Plantronics. They have some of the best mics and they have good sound as well. Pricing is reasonable, about $30 at Office Depot.

Senheiser is a great headset. It costs a bit more than the cheapie headsets but once you use them you will know why.
I own 2 pairs of sens, one for the computer and one for the mp3 player.

If you haven't plunked the money down yet, check out the Icemat Siberia's (the headphones, not the canalphones). They're the best in your price range. They plug into a USB port for sound though, which might be a pro or con depending how you look at it.
