Default Game recommendations?

Finally got a great system but running out of stuff to play. Ran through Fear, Painkiller, COD4, Crysis, NWN, etc. Problems with NWN2 and Oblivion on Vista - don't want to play such a looooong game, anyhow.

Looking for some fun stuff, preferably a bit cheapish that's been out for a bit that I can pick up for only a few bucks on ebay/half.com - something out the past year or so - Supreme Commander maybe?

Any suggestions?

Not Iron Man. :P

I got to play Assassin's Creed, I think it's not bad.

Try out "The Witcher." It's a nifty rpg with some nice graphics and gameplay, geared towards an audience a little more mature than the typical kid. One would swear that Black Isle made it because it's based around the choices that your character makes, good and evil, etc. The Witcher does require a hefty system to play well, and it is pretty new; the pricetag may be higher than what you want.

Prince of Persia trilogy by Ubisoft is awesome if you like that sort of thing. I suppose they're labled as an adventure game? Hella fun. This game doesn't really require a killer system to play, but I say it makes up for it in quality of play. (Assassin's creed is by the same designers, which I'm sure was inspired by their POP series, didn't measure up to this game and got old quite quickly)

Quake IV probably the most recent FPS that earns my top pick. It doesn't require a hefty system, but I thoroughly enjoyed the single player. It doesn't sport much in the way of multi-player though. There was never a dull moment for me, and I've played the single player out many times.

And if you like MMORPG's, check out Requiem:Bloodymare. Open beta started earlier this month. It's a new MMO from the makers of Ragnarok Online that is based on horror. Proclaimed the bloodiest mmo yet. I'm trying it out and I like it a lot.
