HAHA! I got hthe game yesterday night. I am so hyped, im at school right now andi can't wait till i get home.

I've got it all planned out... an archer with a sword for clsoe combat... :D Capn' crunch! You have any good strategies?

OK here we go.

The good
1 great graphics
2 wonderful sound
3 outstanding gameplay
4 soooooooo much to do
5 so many options
6 some major improvements over Morrowind.
- fast travel
-100% speech no text chat
-horses
-much improved combat
- you can be a mage and not get your butt kicked
there is so much I could list stuff all day
_ open ended game play do what ever you want to do when ever you want to do it.

The Bad
crashes.......hmmmmmmmmmm quality control here boys lol or lack there of.
the console is well consolish.........game was made for 360 not pc.....but you get used to it. Not a Huge deal but it coul be better.
you cant bind keys.......well you have 8 but you cant bind keys like most games...............come on here Bethesda what were you thinking????
hopefully they will come up with some patches pretty soon.


All in all this is a GREAT game even with the short commings. There is a lot of complaing on the elder scrolls forums but it's mostly whinning.
The only other game that looks and plays this good and makes me want to play for 15 hours a day the Half Life 2
These two game are of the highest caliber.
The game is 200 hours or more of of game engrossing fun
Well worth the price
I have never enjoyed a game this much except for Half Life2
I give this game a 9.5 Ill give it a 9.9 if they make a few patches.

Do you know what race you want to be wood elf or dark elf what.
Archer is very cool you get more damage if you sneak and shoot.
ummmmmmmm
use theif or shadow for birth sign
Class Attributes use Agility and speed or agility and Intelligence if you want to use magic.
You get 7 major skills '
Youll want for sure
Marksman sneak security and light armor
the other 3 are debatable
mercantile, blade, or some sort of magic. ect

I picked this game up two days ago and it's been entertaining so far. Been awhile since the last time I got my hands dirty with an RPG. I really wanted to be a thief, but got tired of getting my ass kicked so I restarted as a Nordic Warrior.

What kind of crashes are you getting Cap'n? The only minor bug I've encountered so far is when exiting the game, it acts like it crashed, but nothing of the sorts during actual gameplay.

No spell required - just hit the left control button (or the appropriate button if you reconfigure the default) and you're in sneak mode.

I get that crash also plus I it will just crash in the middle of the game sometimes. The screen will just go black and then I'll have to restart. Iv gotten a few freezes also. Iv had 3 crahses not including the when you closing out the game crash that one really doesnt count.
