Dark Messiah

Got this game with my new eVGA video card. Watched my son playing it for a while tonight and was extremely impressed with the graphics.

Anyone using Valve to play this game?

I haven't had HL2 installed for a well over 18 months now. Was a miracle I remembered my login and password!

I played the singleplayer and thought it was pretty fun. Lots of puzzles. I haven't had a chance to play online though.

i got that free from my 8800gts i havent paid much of atten to it... is it good... i mean the gameplay...

i dont have much time playing coz of my self review preparation for my board exam, but i do play sometimes CSS and RFonline...

i got Dark Messiah laying around with bunch full of my game i havent have time to install at all...

My son has played it, I haven't. I haven't had time to play any games either.

OK, here's an observation. This game has a lot of bugs. If you try to start the game without first closing down a ton of other things, my computer randomly restarts. It isn't heat issues causing this either. I'm starting to feel like back in the Windows 3.1 days when I had to use QEMM to free up more of my first 640k of memory so I could play Falcon 2.0.

Yep - the general consensus is that it's a great game with a lot of potential, but ultimately saddled with too many bugs.

I played the demo and was impressed gameplay wise, but my 9600XT couldn't keep up with the graphics.

I have no problems with the game crashing on me whatsoever. Although when I game I never have any programs running besides the my nvidia control panel and small things like that.

I just built a new system about 2 weeks ago and got this with my 8800 GTX Superclocked card. I wanted to give it a try since I haven't seen any of the new games with amazing graphics (1st new PC I've had in about 10 years).

I like the evil factor of the game. There's so many ways you can kill things. I think that's what makes it so fun.
