There usually are? When people want to find others interested in hopping on CSS to play, they post in THIS thread. Once the gaming session is over, the thread is cleaned (posts deleted), so the thread is ready for the next time someone wants to get a gaming session going.

Having Skype helps tremendously too. Not only does it make the game infinitely more fun to get a group chat going and just bantor with each other, but most of us chat via the IM feature on and off during the day, and that's usually how we decide when we're going to play ("Hey, you guys feeling like shooting?").

Skype is free, and sounds way better then Teamspeak. TS reminds me of talking on a CB, where Skype is just like talking on the phone.

Um when was the last time you used Teamspeak???? As long as the server host knows what the hell they are doing, the sound quality is great.

I use it at every LAN I go to, and it always sounds like 2 tin cans and a string compared to Skype. Works ok on a LAN but not so great on the internet. Besides with Skype you choose who is in your convo.
