Anyone still play BF2?

I just got this game and it is kickass.... been taking up more of my time than I should admit lately...
the first day I had it I played single player to get the hang of it and today I played online and had a blast!
got a few medals and learned to fly the jet (F-35?)... helicopters are a pain in the ass to control so still don't have that down...

I've been looking for a good server to play one and so far the few that I have played I either get kicked because they claim my ping is too high (when it never goes over 80) or there are TKers and hax in there...

I would play it, but (my still unresolved problem because EA SUCKS @ support) bf2 won't play.

Its real fun. Especially the AT kit and the 2nd unlock for the snipey rifle.

KORT server is a great one. They are a no smacktards and a very clean server. they also have a CSS server. Its the only one I pub on cuz its the best (<15 ping)

CSS: => 205.134.242.114:27015

BF2: => 72.51.42.99:16567

I have been playing BF2142 a lot recently. It works, and its fun to pub. I went 25-0 in a walker for a while. Hella fun =)

i would play with you sometime screwball. used to all the time, but now i have crappy baghdad internet lol. btw im a helluva chopper pilot in that game

duckingzebra, BF2 is battle field 2, the third in EA's battle field series. first one was BF 1942, then BF vietnam, next was BF2 and now BF2142

I have the game, havn't played in a real long time. I bought the game when it first came out.

I had the game but I like BF1942 better so I gave it away and installed BF1942.

I haven't played in a while. I plan to just for the eye candy when I upgrade my comp though.

=AOF= clan's servers are pretty good. They like to be called a community though, not a clan, and on't scrim or anything, they just like to have fun.

Same here, bought the game when it was released played the hell out of it, but not so much anymore. After awhile, just got so tired of the stat padders and hacks/cheats in the game, that I left the game completely. EA and its use of Punkbuster for teh win!

There's a good server I usually go to when I play BF2 though. Good ping rates, and the mods are very proactive about banning and booting asshats. The server, if I remember correctly, is =TAW=
