Default AI tetris

I was just browsing the internet, again naked, but not so lonely this time, and came across this

Tetris AI : computer plays Tetris

AI tetris! Activate AI with "a". This guy has this whole page dedicated to nothing but the history of tetris and all its forms. I never knew about the 1-D tetris and 4-D tetris. :D

Probably old news but hey!

edit - I have a new score of 64, learned little from watching the bot. The AI is on fire, 231 rows! It never reached the half way mark, I'm sure the bot is haxxing or something :P

1-D Tetris looks like a difficult game to play.

I have the original tetris, it's only 24Kb in size.

I love the joke all the way at the end. Here it is

The New 4th law... (Score:5, Funny)
by gokubi (413425) on Tuesday January 28, @02:09PM (#5176135)
(Welcome)

1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction,
allow a human being to come to harm.

2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings
except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.

3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such
protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

4. A robot must never place the long skinny ones horizontally,
unless it leads to a long skinny vertical hole so 4 rows can
be cleared at once the next time a long skinny one comes

around.
