I don't know how to put this, but, I'm kind of a big deal.

Default ZeroTherm ZT-100 Thermal Grease Review

ZeroTherm’s newest foray into the field of thermal conductivity is the ZT-100 High Performance Thermal Grease. Entering an unforgiving market that is already inundated with all types and kinds of thermal pastes and greases, the ZeroTherm ZT-100 is up against formidable companies like Arctic Silver. Long considered to be the de facto specialist in the thermal conductivity industry, Arctic Silver’s venerable 5 series of goo has been around for years. Can the ZeroTherm’s ZT-100 offering knock the reigning champ down? There’s only one way to find out!

When I first saw it, I laughed too. Then I put it on (my finger that is), and quickly stifled my laughter. It works really well, and I was amazed at how much of a difference it makes between that and a sandwich baggie. The other thing is that the latex cleans up really fast as well. No more fingers painted grey. =)

Excellent article. Any plans on doing a long term test comparison between the two?

Not at this time. The test bed that this testing was performed on is always being tinkered with for other reviews and articles.

That's something ZeroTherm would have to be contacted about. As mentioned in the article, there were no instructions for the grease, much less a compositional ingredient listing for it.

It's tough to compare thermal grease without long term results...hell it's tough to compare them at all.

Nice review!

and a rubber, erm… contraceptive. Well, not really. It’s actually a latex finger guard to spread the included grease more effectively (please don't use it for anything else).
Something tells me that if someone can use that as a contraceptive, they won't be broadcasting that knowledge. And they probably won't need a second one either cause the lady would either leave out of disgust or the guy would due to being laughed at.
