I'm just assuming this is for the P-D 940 in your signature? Also, which Zalman are you referring to?
The Zalman CNPS9500 is a good performing heatsink with relatively low noise but it is really expensive; almost too expensive. The Zalman CNPS7700 is a little more reasonably priced and still has decent performance. But personally, out of the choices you've listed, I would go with the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 as it is very reasonably priced and performs well.

You should also consider some of the heatsinks from Thermalright, like the XP-90, SI-120, Ultra 90, or Ultra 120.

i believe the xp 90 is a heatpipe cooler, the SI120 is a more complicated version of the xp90. The ultra-90 is a tower cooler and the ultra 120 is a bigger version of the ultra 90.

I reccomend the ultra 120. zalman 9500 isn't bad either. We have a review of it.

The ultra 120 is tall, you better have a pretty wide case to hold it

If you have the space, i'd suggest the Thermaltake Big Typhoon. It's available for $49.99 at newegg, just $7.00 more than the Blue Orb II.

an si 120 is pretty short and it cools well, if space is limited.
