| I use a Zalman 7000b-cu for my cpu cooler and it comes with a real slow but silent fan. Now if your completely silence hungry, i suggest you change that fan. This goes to all zalman coolers and anything that you find that spins slow. For my 7000b-cu Tyreal swapped the zalman fan with a highpower 92mm panaflo for me. I instantly saw clear results. A 4 degree celsius drop in both idle and load temps. Now THAT is awesome. | yeah, that tends to happen, but sometimes with higher speed fans, you usually sacrifice silence for performance, which a loud fan doesn't really bother me due to the fact that I only keep the computer on during the day, while I'm up and around. I always cut it off before bedtime. I thought about putting a set of "screaming Deltas" on the rig I'm working on now (the SHE 120mm line from Delta, they have high-ass flow, but are loud as crap, lol). 3 in the case, one for a CPU cooler, oh yes, it WILL be loud, lol ![]() |

| LOL thats too loud for me man! I use panaflos and they are already a bit of a nuisance for me. I can't go to a delta. However, with this awesome fan controller i have installed, i can make the computer nice and soft on my ears once again. | sounds good.......that's the good thing about a great fan controller: you can always compromise and get that middle ground :D I plan on putting my Deltas on a controller as well.....good ol Sunbeam, I love those fan controllers |

| I'm writing a modding article on it. Hopefully it qualifies for the site! If not... i'll post it on the forum. ![]() I Like Watercooling. D-Tek Fuzion, MCP655, MCR220 |

| I'm the same. After removing some of my fans, i realize how much i miss silence. I'm actually thinking of swapping out the fans in my rig for some quiet ones and getting a fan controller. ![]() I Like Watercooling. D-Tek Fuzion, MCP655, MCR220 |
