| OOOOOOO!!! THERMALTAKE V1! Actually, forget that - get the Cooler Master GemenII along with 2 quiet fans (like Arctic Cooling, or Yate Loon) - it's just amazing! |

| Big Typhoon VX is great, the Zalman 9700 is awesome as well. The way to choose however is to also look at the case design. If the case has a CPU vent then get a Big Typhoon VX. The case does not have the CPU vent, then get a Zalman 9700 or Thermaltake V1 Computer Ed Core2 Duo E6600 | Gigabyte 916P-DS3 | 4 Gig Corsair XMS2 | ATI HD 2900XT X Fi Xtreme Gamer | WD SE16 32 Gig |Liteon 20X DVDRW SATA | Bose Companion 2.0 Antec Nine Hundred | Thermaltake Toughtpower 1KW | BenQ FP202W | Vista Ultimate 64 |

| i'm with everyone on this, i have the cnps9500 and it's awesome. i'm not sure how deep the case is though so probably just rule out the 9500 with the 9700 |

| I'd vote for the Zalman 9700 also, have 4 of them and they are awesome. On one E6420 @ 2.9 GHz is hasn't gotten over 31c at load (folding). Of course, a good case and cable management help some too. | I'm kinda worried about how the larger coolers will fit in my case. Since the PSU is right above my MB, will the fins on some of the larger coolers (e.i. 9700, V1) interfere with it? | I think the V1 had a potential issue depending on how close the PSU sets. The others do not usually have thier overlap in that direction. | I would go with Typhoon VX. If that doesnt fit then the 9700 or the V1. |
