In the review I used Arctic Cooling's Arctic 12 120mm fans
Arctic Cooling
These fans work extremely well, and do their job very quietly. I tried using some 78CFM Thermaltake fans, but there was almost no difference in performance, while the noise generated was noticeably more.

INTEL E8400 // Gigabyte EP45 Extreme // 4GB DDR3-1600 // Palit HD 4870 // Antec 1200 // Seagate 750GB HDD // Zalman CNPS9700 // BFG ES 800W PSU

I agree, you really can't do much better than investing your money into some Arctic Cooling fans. Using dynamic fluid bearings versus sleeve bearings like the others do, Arctic Cooling fans run quiet as a mouse and have plenty of CFM output. I am running three 80mm Arctic Cooling AF8 fans in my rig, and they seriously do a nice job.

The nice thing is that Arctic Cooling offers plenty of sizes/options with their fans. Check them out, you will most likely find what you need from that link Capper posted.

I too am looking for a bit of fan information. I am looking for an LED fan, preferrably blue that is 120mm and delivers somewhere between 60CFM and 80CFM with the least noise.

I want to replace the Antec fans in my 900 with something that will at LEAST be doing their mid range while having their low end or lower noise level. So 60 to 80 CFM at less than 25 dBA with LED..

Antec Nine Hundred | Thermaltake Toughtpower 1KW | BenQ FP202W | Vista Ultimate 64

I don't think you are going to be able to find a fan that will move 80 CFM at <25 dBA... The Thermaltake Thunderblade 120mm fans claim specs near that, but I can tell you from first hand experience those fans are not even close to being that quiet. You are best lowering your air flow expectations to achieve the desired noise level by buying a decent, averagely quiet fan and undervolting it with a fan controller or rheostat or something. I can honestly say though that the Hiper 120mm fan is one of the best fans for undervolting. They are avarage on sound at full speed (most of the sound being the large amount of air being moved and the turbulence created by the blades) but when slowed down to about 7V - 9V, the things are really quiet. I highly recommend the Hiper case fans, I was very impressed with their versatility.

Newegg has the Hiper HFF-1B12S Blue LED 120mm fan for a good price, but are out of stock right now...

So with a fan controller i can hook them all up to it? I dont know much about them but i'd like to. So if i lowered the voltage what would happen to my performance with the fans??? Which fan controller should i buy???

The thing is my family will be getting a settlement soon on a car accident a few years ago and I might be getting part of that cash. Ill invest it into my pc so i want a lot of help on this. I might even go up to intels quad core processor. Hell, might even change into liquid cooling, but for now I want the best performance fans.

I honestly don't care about the noise because when i play games all i can hear are bullets and music. At the same time though, I kind of want a low noise pc cuz the Zalman 9700 that I have gets really loud. Sounds like a factory machine about to explode. It's at 100% so that explains it. Basically the antec and hyper fans are your recommendations. What about fan controllers???
