What do you mean you have everything at low settings?

Which fan is running faster? Is it the CPU fan?

Which fan and what settings? Is the fan able to be controlled (eg. plugged into the motherboard SMART sensor with a 2 pin cable)?? and though it's no biggie this should probably probably be in the cooling section. :P

Is this the first time you've powered up the computer with the new TT fans? Those fans might just be inherently loud. I own an orange TT fan that pushes alot of air but sounds like a jet.

yeah... at first i got this stock 120mm on the front only... this came with my Coolmaster Ammo... then i put up air filters all over the holes in the side, top and back of the case, after that the 2X 120mm fans in back and front... since then its just running like loud...

sometimes its the filters themselves that cause the problem. They limit the amount of air that moves through the opening. Try removing the filters and see if that helps. If not....you might want to try some quieter fans. I've used Accouti-Fans for quite awhile, they don't move a ton of air, but they are dead silent....Panaflos are the absolute best, but a bit pricey

Very loud? They shouldn't be that loud. 21dBa is not alot when you consider it has a 78CFM displacement from 2000RPM.
Over at Antec, you would get a Pro 120mm dual ball bearing that would make 29.8dBa, turn at 2000RPM and displace 79CFM.
