Default Coolers from CoolIT

Has anyone ever had any experience with any coolers from this company? I was thinking about getting a CPU cooler from them.

This was the CPU cooler I was looking at:

Antec 900 Case
OCZ GameXstream 600w

Ah that's funny because just yesterday I was looking at the Freezone Elite...

The elite does seem worth it for a simple water cooling loop with TECs solution, though it's a tad on the expensive side. Someone really has to stop me from buying it though, because to cool a TEC you need a fan which blows a somewhat good amount of air, and I want something dead silent.
CoolIT says the fan is 40dBA at max speed and I know there's 3 different speeds for the Freezone Elite. The lowest speed isn't really worth it apparently if you're looking for a cooler than cool CPU, so I'm wondering what would be the noise rating for the medium speed...
Argh, I totally don't have $350,00 to shell out though.
