that looks like a really clean loop layout. you said your idle temps were in the low 30's in the other thread? whats your room temperature, voltage and overclock on your cpu?

It's not OCed ( 1.35v) Room temp is about 20C.

i think your temps are a little high imo. try remounting the waterblock and see if it helps a bit

YH, i'm a bit concern on your sharp edges on those holes you made for the radiator, i hope you can drop by your local hardware store to get a molding, its not that expensive at $0.99-$1.99 @my local hardware...

well none the less thats very very clean work you did... post some temps when your done...
